Welcome to our historic winery, located at 14594 S. Hwy 101 in the charming town of Hopland, CA. Nestled in a property with a rich legacy of libation production, we celebrate a tradition that dates back to the 1870s when hop growing thrived throughout Mendocino County. Our facility, originally the Milone Family hop kiln, played a vital role in drying and baling hops for global distribution in beer brewing until the 1950s.

Our three-story facility offers a blend of history and functionality:
